Application Process
To participate in the program, students must submit these application materials:

• completed online application form
• $50 application fee 
• faculty reference
• student affairs reference
• personal reference
• official transcript of all college course work
• certification form
• resume (Business Concentration students only)

Applications should be received by the following deadlines:

Spring 2009:

Early Application:  May 1, 2008

Regular Application:  October 1, 2008

Fall 2009:

Early Application:  February 2, 2009

Regular Application:  April 1, 2009

To be considered for admission, all of the application materials listed above must be received by the China Studies Program office in Washington, D.C.  Students admitted into the program are required to confirm their participation by submitting a non-refundable confirmation fee. They are also asked to complete a health waiver, obtain a passport, secure an International Student Identification Card, complete medical information forms and provide information necessary for a China visa.
